I've had multiple cars done here. A Palisade, f150, sierra 1500, and now a XC90 in 5 years. I've referred friends and family and never a bad job. Minty is great at the job and values the customer.

Went in for complete detail and tint, said was done and when looking at seats or touching them they are dry and stains untouched, still dirty between seats and center console. Did find my windshield camera was unplugged and when I went to go plug it in to the camera everything fell apart and had fresh glue on it like they were waiting for me to plug it in and have it fall apart on me..
As a former business writer in Eugene, I would recommend that quality checks after performance would enhance the delivery process much better. I would really sit down with staff and go over the situation and find out who dropped the ball. I don’t at this time plan on returning, due to time restraints and things I need to get done in Eugene before traveling out of Eugene.

First of all, I have to say that everyone I dealt with at Minty was super nice and helpful!
I bought my pre-owned BMW in August and the window tint was so dark, I couldn't see anything at night time. I think the meter they used said 17% light transmission. WAY too dark!
The fine folks at Minty removed that tint and installed 50% ceramic film to replace it and I'm very pleased with the result.
They even placed neon tape over the window switches as a reminder not to wind down for several days. They mentioned this, of course, but me being the space cadet, I would likely have forgotten.
I have no idea what this market is like, but I felt the pricing for the services was very fair.
Brandon was also very helpful in answering any questions I posed after the installation.
I couldn't be happier and I would recommend Minty to anyone without hesitation.

Had a good in person visit to get a quote on my truck. Price seemed reasonable for window tint from my previous experience tinting other vehicles. Scheduled a time to bring it in. Paid my $50 deposit. Eventually brought it in to drop it off and was told a much higher price than originally discussed. I walked out & lost my deposit. The same day I went with a much more reasonable price elsewhere and got it done. Would not recommend Minty Tint.

Excellent customer service. Quick response time to texts/FB messages. They did an amazing job on my 2021 Charger and then did an excellent job on one of my 2018 Trackhawk windows. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Masters of their craft. Really excellent job on my daytime light tint and of course the other windows too. Prices and availability were the best in town. Trust me, I did my research prior.
